Danielle was absolutely brilliant! She replied to all of my messages so quickly and I didn't feel like anything was too much trouble. I left everything slightly late and Danielle was able to do them for me within a couple of weeks and sent it tracked first class and let me know exactly when things were happening. I can't recommend her enough and I look forward to speaking with her in a few weeks for a table plan.

Can't recommend enough!! We had our wedding invitations made by Heritage and Handcrafts. What an absolutely amazing, professional and friendly service they provided! From the moment of contact, I had quick replies and lengthy discussions as I wasn't really sure what I wanted. No question or request seemed to big! We received continuous updates when the invites were being made, posted etc. We loved the packaging, and even received a handwritten note inside, lovely final touch! The invites are very well made and can really see the effort that has gone into them. Lots of people have commented on them to say how nice they are, thank you!

I could not be happier with our wedding invitations. From start to finish, Danielle listened to my ideas, made helpful suggestions and worked with me to perfect our design. Great communication through every step of the process and where changes were needed to the initial drafts, these were sorted very quickly so we could finalise our design without hassle. We received our invitations within 24 hours of Danielle posting them and they had been beautifully packaged and presented, with a lovely keepsake kept separately for us. I cannot thank Danielle enough for her service and would recommend her to anybody looking for stationary for their special day.
