These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Heritage and Handcrafts
website (“Website”) and any services or products obtained through it. By contacting us
or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
Heritage and Handcrafts (“we”, “our”, “us”) creates and provides bespoke, handcrafted
stationery, gifts, and related services. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Quotes and Pricing
• Prices are not listed on the website. All products and services are quoted
individually.
• Quotes include delivery unless otherwise specified.
• Quotes are valid for the period specified in the quote; we reserve the right to
amend prices after this period.
3. Deposits and Payments
• We offer a 50% deposit scheme payable via bank transfer, which is nonrefundable if the client changes their mind.
• Remaining balances can be paid via bank transfer, SumUp, or PayPal and are
due before the product is posted, as advised by us.
• Orders will not be processed or posted until full payment is received.
4. Client Confirmation
• It is the client’s responsibility to check and confirm all details before printing
begins, including spelling, dates, names, colours, and design.
• By confirming the details, you approve the final design for production.
5. Delivery
• Delivery costs are included in the quote unless otherwise stated.
• Estimated delivery times will be provided in your quote. While we aim to meet
these, delays may occur.
• Risk in the goods passes to the client upon delivery.
6. No Refunds
• All sales are final. Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products,
we do not offer refunds.
• In the unlikely event of a fault or error on our part, we will work with you to resolve
the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
• All designs, images, and content remain the property of Heritage and Handcrafts
unless otherwise agreed.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes
without our written consent.
8. Liability
• We make every effort to ensure high-quality products.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from
the use of our services or products.
• Our liability for faulty products is limited to replacement or correction of the
product at our discretion.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
and Wales.
